I really loved his book “Never Split the Difference.” Seth Lejeune and “Use Inclusions Strategically” has also influenced me heavily. I am going to look deeper into Keep Your Cards Close, but Try to Stay Nonchalant by John Michael Grafft and Learn the Rudiments of Persuasion by Dr. Robert Cialdini. So thank you for sharing the information. I will let you know my thoughts and conclusions.

Thanks for the question. Age is not a class protected by the federal Fair Housing act, but some states (for instance, my state of Michigan) have specific state regulations that add it as a protected class.
